个人简介

兰峰,1982年生,籍贯福建,从事心血管病学基础和转化研究,研究员,博士生导师。2000年考入中央民族大学生物科学专业,2004年获得学士学位。2004-2009年在北京大学细胞生物学专业攻读博士学位,从事多能干细胞生物学研究。2009-2014于斯坦福大学心血管研究所进行博士后研究工作。2014-2019进入首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院,任教授,博导,并独立带领课题组开展遗传性心脏病研究。2020年进入阜外医院,2021年升为助理研究员。


主要研究方向

采用最前沿的多能干细胞模型(hPSC)和碱基编辑技术,研究遗传性心脏病(心肌病、心律失常)的发病机制,建立一系列精准诊断和治疗的新方法,并进行临床应用转化。建立了首个肥厚型心肌病iPS模型。带领团队首次采用碱基编辑器对肥厚型心肌病模型进行在体基因编辑治疗。
